Prototyping & Design

The interlocking of UX Research and UX Design enables us to focus on user-centered work. We create UX designs and concepts to enable research or as an output of our research activities. Whether low and high fidelity prototypes wireframes or clickdummies. We take a holistic view of the process and ensure that we consider the user in every part of the development.

SHOWCASES: How we work

A look into the project

Dashboard Design

beforeafter

Topic:
Customers:want an overview of their energy budget without using 5 different apps for it.

Our partner’s wish: to offer a comprehensive solution in the form of an energy dashboard.

Our approach:

Scoping: In a workshop with stakeholders, we understood their requirements.

Research: In exploratory interviews, we researched usage, needs, and pain points of homeowners with PV systems. Design Output: Based on this, we prototyped an energy dashboard in several iterations.

Result: In 5 weeks from scoping to delivery of the prototype, a concept based on target group requires was created.

Topic: Customers have the need to compare when researching mobile phone contracts.

Our partner’s request: To revise the design of the landing page for the mobile phone tariff overview.

Our approach:

Scoping: In a kick-off with stakeholders, the current status and previous studies were reviewed.

Design input: In a concept workshop, storyboards and user flows were created, which we transferred into high-fidelity prototypes.

Research: In UX tests we researched the interaction with the landing page prototype.

Result: After 2 optimization loops, the landing page was put into development.

Our philosophy: No design without research

GETTING IT RIGHT
Research ensures that digital products meet the needs of the target group instead of being developed past them.

SAVE DEVELOPMENT COSTS
Through research, potential problems can be identified at an early stage and prevented in the design. Expensive adjustments in the development can be avoided.

GETTING AHEAD OF THE COMPETITION
Integration of research enables the design of products that stand out from the competition.

THERE IS NO GROWTH WITHOUT CHANGE

We help companies reach a new level.
Because we take a bad UX personally.

DESIGN WITHOUT RESEARCH IS NOT DESIGN.

We want to create products with you that not only look beautiful, but also offer real added value.
Regardless of whether we first conduct research in order to start the design process based on it or whether we put a new prototype through its paces – research is always part of it.
