Our UX services are primarily aimed at UX researchers, product owners/product managers, and UX/UI teams who want to better support decisions for digital products and services. Stakeholders from development, marketing, or customer experience are often also involved – especially in customer journey mapping and complex digital ecosystems. When multiple departments collaborate, clear formats and a shared decision logic help quickly align on a common direction and prioritized next steps.

UX Consulting is suitable when you need ongoing support for specific decisions – e.g., setting up a research plan, analyzing/synthesizing data, or product decisions along a journey. A UX Strategy Workshop is ideal when you want to define direction, vision, and priorities in a short time frame, for example before a redesign, during reorganization, or when starting a new initiative. Often, a combination works best: workshop for alignment and UX roadmap, followed by consulting for implementation and validation.

An expert review (UX audit/usability audit) complements existing user feedback with a structured expert evaluation across typical usage scenarios. It often reveals issues that are not clearly visible in tickets, analytics, or feedback lists (e.g., clarity, consistency, missing expectations, or unnecessary steps). The result is a prioritized list of findings with explanations and concrete improvement recommendations that can directly inform the next iteration.

A user insight repository (research repository/insights database) centralizes research findings and makes them findable, comparable, and reusable instead of scattered across presentations or drives. Teams can quickly check what is already known about target groups, journeys, touchpoints, or features. This reduces duplicate work, improves cross-team alignment, and makes it easier to justify decisions with user evidence (e.g., for roadmaps, stakeholders, and prioritization).

Yes. Especially for journeys across multiple touchpoints (e.g., web, app, service, support), a structured approach helps all stakeholders build a shared understanding of user goals, expectations, and problems. Depending on the situation, this can start with a UX strategy workshop and be complemented by UX consulting (e.g., analysis/validation) or a user insight repository (knowledge base). This results in a robust shared view that can be translated into prioritized actions and decisions.

UX training provides a structured foundation: methods, common pitfalls, quality criteria, and a shared team vocabulary. “Learning by doing” is valuable but without guidance often leads to inconsistent approaches, non-comparable results, and avoidable iterations. A training at the beginning is often ideal to establish standards and routines (e.g., research, testing, analysis). Afterwards, UX consulting can support application in daily work and assist with concrete decisions.

We start with a short introductory call. In it, you outline goals, context, timeline, and available materials (e.g., journey maps, prototypes, research reports, backlog/roadmap). Based on this, we propose a suitable approach with clear next steps, meaningful deliverables, and realistic effort. If not everything is available yet, an overview of the current situation and upcoming decisions is sufficient.
