SUCEET23: UX Research in MetaVerse: Learnings from the Deutsche Telekom beta trial.
The ifLand app has the potential to bring the MetaVerse to German smartphones. In a 3-month beta trial, the app will be put through its paces, UX and user acceptance – with real events, users and communities. With the help of strategic UX research, we accompanied the process and show how to proceed with larger beta tests in order to obtain strategically relevant information.
