Concept Workshops

Concept Workshops are structured creative formats in which teams jointly develop innovative and user-centered concepts, test them directly with the target group and improve them. In the end, companies have validated, field-tested ideas that can feed directly into product development.

Innovative approaches for more market success: systematically fulfill customer needs

Many companies struggle with the challenge of developing innovative and user-centered concepts that meet the requirements of their target group. Often, there is a lack of clear methods for systematically generating and validating creative ideas. Without this foundation, it can be difficult to stand out from the competition and offer customers real added value. This often leads to products or services that do not achieve the desired success in the market.

Launch successful innovations: Validated concepts for a competitive edge

Our concept workshops are designed to help companies develop innovative and user-centered ideas. Through a structured and collaborative approach, we foster creativity and ensure that the developed concepts are precisely tailored to the needs of the users.

First, we analyze the requirements and problems of your target group. Then we develop initial ideas and prototypes together, which we immediately test with users from the target group. This iterative process makes it possible to collect valuable feedback at an early stage and to continuously improve the concepts. At the end of the concept workshop, you will have validated and field-tested ideas that you can incorporate directly into product development.

Our concept workshops enable you to lay the foundation for successful, user-centered innovations that will give your company a competitive edge.

FAQs

A Concept Workshop is an open creative format aimed at generating and initially validating ideas – often without a fixed result defined in advance. A Design Sprint, on the other hand, follows a strict 5-day process (after Jake Knapp / Google Ventures) with clearly defined phases from problem definition to the user test. Concept Workshops are more flexible and better suited to early exploration; Design Sprints offer more structure for concrete product problems with clear time pressure.

Concept Workshops are suitable for companies that are developing new products or services, optimizing existing offerings or wanting to stand out from the competition through user-centered concepts.

That depends on the duration and the question at hand. Experience shows that in a well-moderated workshop several concept approaches emerge, which are then systematically evaluated and reduced to the most promising ideas. Quality and feasibility always take precedence over quantity.

The cost of a Concept Workshop depends on the scope, duration, number of participants and individual objectives. We would be happy to prepare a no-obligation quote tailored precisely to your requirements.

Rejection by users is not a failure – it is one of the most valuable results of a Concept Workshop. It prevents resources from flowing in a direction that does not work in the market and gives the team clear signals for further development. Experience shows that the strongest concepts are often born from feedback on rejected ideas. Our moderation team is geared toward constructively processing even critical user feedback and translating it directly into new concept approaches.
