In the end, there is the golden idea. But how do you get there? We have taken on this mountain of content. And that’s why you’ll find everything SKOPOS NOVA offers you on the subject of ideation, developing business ideas, design sprints and workshops here.
Does life give you lemons?
We make IDEATION out of them.
We support you in deciding which problem you should tackle first – and how. Objectively and neutrally, we help you to set the right priorities and to work through them in a structured way. Goal-oriented, in the sense of the matter, always with the user in mind.
Ideation is the technical word for a process of finding ideas. An unwieldy word for an important insight: finding ideas is a process and not magic (even if it often looks like it afterwards). How does it work? We methodically work our way from mass to class together with your colleagues, users and stakeholders. Sounds exhausting at first, but it’s a lot of fun.
In concrete terms, it works like this: We set up a framework for action and unpack our best creative techniques. The participants use them to develop amazing ideas in small groups. Together we collect, discuss, and prioritize these ideas. The most important ones are further elaborated, polished, and presented again.
Ideation is usually embedded in a workshop. But the process is also part of our work with the online community.
Workshops are a method to work out results. No more and no less. In our context, this means ideas, personas or concepts. In other words, effective templates for your development.
As important as the result is the systematic way to get there – and a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. In online workshops, we work with digital whiteboards, video conference softwares and trained moderators. Offline workshops we hold in inspiring locations around the world. And soon also on the ISS.
Our UX Communities are your direct line to users – throughout the entire development process. For this, we put together an interested and empathetic group for you. In the online community, we apply various UX research methods. And whenever you need input and an opinion from a user’s perspective, you have access to it. For example, you can develop and discuss ideas and have finished products and services tested.
So: you stick with it for the long term but are able to get results in the short term.
The Design Sprint is the rocket propulsion for your development. One room, four to five days, eight bright minds, one decision-maker and one moderator: that’s all it takes to successfully get projects off the ground. No unnecessary discussions. Instead: pure focus. And, yes, lots and lots of post-its.
We can run Design Sprints online and digitally from anywhere in the world, but also offline in exciting locations and with real food. Defining questions, developing ideas, making decisions, creating a prototype and having it tested by users – it doesn’t always have to take months. It can be fun from A to Z. And you can do it in four to five days. Why be boring if you can do it quickly?
A research roadmap is like a schedule for research. It works for anyone who wants to find something out and place the result in a larger context. For the type of developer and product manager, for example, who want to focus on the needs of their users – and integrate this into the development process right from the start.
Together with you, we develop a clear guideline of what you need to know, in order to be able to develop your product or service optimally. In a small useful workshop. Short and crisp. That’s it.
