Deciding
Decisions, decisions. Left or right? Ingenious or crazy idea? And where is it all going? Sometimes you just aren’t sure.
During the project lifecycle, these decisions often culminate in getting bogged down. Not sure where to begin or which path to take forward? We support you in deciding which problem to tackle first and how. We are neutrally objective in helping set the right priorities and identifying the most effective user-centric solutions.
With the right data in hand, decisions almost make themselves.
DESIGN SPRINTS
Design Sprints are like a rocketship for your development. One room, four to five days, eight bright minds, a decision maker and a moderator: that’s all it takes to get projects off the ground successfully. No unnecessary discussions. Instead: pure focus, and yes, a lot of post-it notes.
We can host Design Sprints online and digitally from anywhere in the world, but also offline in exciting locations, with food to die for. Identifying questions, developing ideas, making decisions, creating a prototype and having it tested by users – these things don’t have to take months. It can be fun from A to Z. And you can pull it off in four to five days. Why do work the traditional boring way when it can be done so fun and quickly?
DECIDE AND SOLVE
Deep in discussions, but haven’t made progress? We like to call this: Analysis Paralysis. It can happen during any phase of a project. But fortunately, with our help you can drive to a conclusion faster than you can spell “problem-solving strategies”.
We’ve helped many teams overcome this in our mini-workshop, facilitated by one of our professional moderators. We help you to refine your focus, select the ideal path moving forward, and leave with concrete, actionable steps towards your goal.
RESEARCH ROADMAP
A research roadmap is similar to a product roadmap. It outlines where you want to go and the steps that will get you there. It’s a tool to help set expectations within the business so that development teams and product managers alike can start to leverage and benefit from the values of UX research.
But did you know that many companies don’t have a research roadmap? That’s why we’ve introduced our UX Research Roadmapping workshop.
